Exciting News!

The moment you have all been waiting for!

Introducing The Early Birds Breakfast Club! at Atworth Base

I am delighted to announce the launch of our new breakfast club, The Early Birds, designed to provide a fun, safe, and nourishing start to the school day for our pupils. Starting from 13th January, The Early Birds will run every Monday to Friday from 7:45 am, offering children a calm and structured morning routine.

The club will be led by the familiar and friendly faces of Mrs Saggars, Miss Libby, and Mrs Thomson who are looking forward to welcoming the children each morning. Children will already be familiar with the adults as Mrs Saggars knows many children from the Lookout after school club, Miss Libby is doing a teaching practise in Woodpecker class and Mrs Thomson meets all pupils in her role in the office. Activities will include a mix of quiet games, reading, and creative play, alongside a healthy breakfast to ensure children are ready to make the most of their day.

Key Details:

Time: 7:45 am – 8:45 am (before school begins).
Cost: £5 per session (£4 for pupils eligible for Pupil Premium).
Booking: All bookings should be made via ParentPay for ease and convenience.
We believe this new provision will be an excellent support for working parents and a positive start to the day for the children. Spaces are limited to a maximum of 16 children, so we encourage early booking to secure your child’s place.

If you have any questions or would like further details, please don’t hesitate to contact the school office.

We are excited to welcome your children to The Early Birds Breakfast Club and look forward to seeing them thrive in this new initiative.

Warm regards,

Mrs Saunders
