Should you wish to visit the school, please contact us by phone or email in the first instance.
We would also recommend getting to know us by visiting our Facebook page and reading through our frequently asked questions and our extra-curricular activities, including wrap-around care.
Our admissions are controlled by Wiltshire Council, and a full-time school place is available for all children from the September following their fourth birthday. We can also accommodate children in other year groups who are moving into the area or wishing to change schools, as long as there are spaces available.
Applications must be made through Wiltshire Council, either by contacting the School Admissions Team on (01225) 713010 (main switchboard) and obtaining a paper application form, or through the Wiltshire Council website. If you apply online, please ensure you receive an email to confirm your application. Paper application forms should be sent to:
School Admissions Department, County Hall, Bythesea Road, Trowbridge, Wiltshire, BA14 8JN
The Wiltshire County Council Admissions Policy for voluntary controlled schools can be found using the link below. Please note that this policy is hosted by the County Council on their own website.

Our own documents outlining the Churchfields Admission Policy and Arrangements can be downloaded from the ‘Policies’ page for each respective academic year.
Each application can contain up to three choices with Atworth and Monkton Farleigh bases considered as a separate choice. We suggest to parents who want to ensure they can secure a place at Churchfields that they put both bases down on their application, with the preferred base listed first. This is because it may be possible to move children from one site to another once the admissions process has completed.
