The calendar of meetings is planned at the beginning of the academic year. Meetings are held in the evening and usually last around two hours. They take place at either the Monkton Farleigh or the Atworth base in one of the classrooms.
The Clerk to the Governors ensures that the relevant paperwork is sent to all Governors via email at least two weeks before the main meetings. The Clerk then minutes each full Governor meeting, recording all discussions, decisions made, and points of action. Copies of minutes are available to read by contacting the Clerk to the Governors (except for any confidential items).
